This week in Hereford Class we are innovating the story of Gorilla. We are writing our own stories, using our own plans and characters, following the structure written by Anthony Browne.

In maths we are continuing to revise and use calculation methods and rapid recall.

In RE we are reflecting on our value of trust. We have been looking at Christians' belief in God and how they show these beliefs. We have linked the Christian value of trust to our own lives, thinking of real life experiences and times where we have shown we are trustworthy. We have thought back to the fable of 'The Fox and the crow', the parable of 'The storm on the lake' and 'The Miracle'. We have our worship box in our reflection are which reminds us of these stories and helps us to make links. We have really enjoyed engaging in these stories during class worship.

Outdoor Learning and PE continues on a Friday and the children are really enjoying being outdoors.

We hope you all have a lovely half term and a well deserved break, ready to start back in Spring 2.
