This week in Dexter Class

Tomorrow we are heading off to Nature in Art. We will take part in two workshops and have a tour around the museum and the sculpture garden. The children will meet artists in residence and have lots of opportunities to get hands on. Please wear school uniform and remember a coat and a packed lunch. School drop off and collection are at the normal times.

This week we are also reviewing all our learning throughout the year and celebrating what we know by completing some activities to demonstrate our understanding. We will also be working on letter and number formation and will do a final check on reading and writing of our High Frequency and Tricky words. I will send home a list of words to practise and any letter formation which needs work ready for Year 1. These will be in book bags before the end of term.

The children have so much to be proud of and we will be sharing this in their school reports which will come home this week. I can't believe how much they have developed since starting their journey at Amberley!
