This week in Friesian Class...

This week in Friesian Class we are continuing our traditional tale story writing unit by comprehending and then moving onto writing the opening and the build up.

In maths, we are finding 1, 10 and 100 more/less than any given number and deepening our understanding of this by answering reasoning questions.

In RE, we will be answering the question: 'What do Hindu murtis express about God?'. We will be exploring the different murtis that Hidus worship and what they express about God.

In Immersion Curriculum, we are musicians. We will be listening and appraising, finding the pulse, rhythm and beat, singing, playing and copying back, as well as improvising! All of these skills will be encompassed in a unit called 'Let Your Spirit Fly'.

Reading books have been changed today and will be changed again on Thursday.

Please ensure you are reading daily with your child and leaving a note in their reading record explaining how they read and if there were any words they struggled with.
