This Week In Friesian Class...
There was due to be a cake sale after school tomorrow, however it has now been decided that the cake sale will take place during the afternoon and each class will have a time slot to go into the hall and purchase a cake if they would like to.
The children have been asked to bring in 50p to purchase a cake of their choice and they can eat this in the classroom before they leave school.
In English, the children will be independently writing their own autobiographies, before moving onto a Greek myth story writing unit. In maths, the Y4's will be working on recognising tenths and hundredths and converting these into decimals and the Y3's are working on measuring mass.
In RE, we will be learning about how important worship is to Muslims. We will be thinking back to what Imam Hassan taught us when he visited.
In Immersion Curriculum, we are continuing our science topic of humans by investigating the digestive system further and learning about the different types of teeth and their functions.
Please can I remind parents to record all daily reading in reading records so that books can be changed throughout the week.
