This week in Friesian Class
This week in Friesian Class we have had a busy Monday writing the resolution and endings for our Cinderella story. We have been continuing our topic of Time in maths and we have been challenging ourselves working in different groups. This afternoon, we had a PSHE lesson focusing on positive mental health. It was lovely to see how considerate the children are to one another and how they can reflect on and respect positive attributes in others. We have a busy week starting with our Gloucester Cathedral and Waterways trip tomorrow! Can I ask that all children come to school in their school uniform with their normal school bag, a packed lunch and a water bottle. The children will be taking their school bags with them as they will be taking their school pencil cases. Can I encourage all parents to pack their child with a raincoat - the forecast isn't looking too promising! On Wednesday, we will be visiting SkillZone at Gloucester Fire Station for a life safety skills workshop! All children are required to come to school dressed in their school uniform. If your child normally has a school lunch, we will pre order these as normal in the morning and we will be back in time for normal school lunch time. If you have any questions about either of the school trips, please email me. I will look forward to updating you later on in the week with pictures from our adventures!
