This week in Friesian Class

This week in Friesian Class we are starting a new English unit looking at the features, boxing up and comprehending an autobiography. The children have homophone spelling homework this week. In maths, we are finishing off our money topic and starting a new unit on measures. In RE, we will be finishing our Summer 1 unit by answering the overarching question 'For Christians, what was the impact of Pentecost?', we will also be recapping our value of the term: Generosity. In Immersion Curriculum, we celebrated our Stone Age to Iron Age topic by turning the classroom into a Stone Age cave and replicating Stone Age art. We will be learning and composing songs on the glockenspiels for the remainder of this week. I am so pleased with how hard the children have worked this term and I cannot believe we are at the end of another term already!
