This Week in Belted Galloway Class

This week the children will be continuing their work on persuasive texts, comparing adverts, letters and speeches and considering how the relative styles differ. In Maths, we will be working on the written methods of division and looking for the children to consolidate and extend these skills. We will be focussing on sketch work in art this week as part of the immersion curriculum: we will be learning how to draw a robin as a design for the Christmas card entries being run by the PTA, and we will then be exploring the style of the artist Chris Ofilli and aiming to emulate this.
