Support and Aid for the people of Ukraine

Please see below for an important message regarding a collection for those in need in Ukraine:

Due to the escalating issues in Ukraine, I (and I'm sure all of us) have been trying to think of ways of helping those in the most need fleeing Ukraine.

I've found two different collections going on in Stroud that I am happy to collect and deliver to. One for clothes and bedding and one for toiletries and medical supplies which will all be taken to the Polish border.

Could I ask that you bring donations to school this Thursday morning (drop off) but separate them into:

1. Clothes and bedding: All good condition or new including thermals, gloves, hats, coats, scarves, shoes, duvets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, sheets, self-inflating mats

2. Toiletries and medical supplies to include: Batteries, torches, candles, nappies, sanitary products, painkillers, dressings.

I realise this is short notice but thought it would be better to get donations there ASAP.

Please make sure that the bags are labelled either clothes and bedding or medical/toiletries as I will be dropping off at two different places.
