Cake Sale and Art Exhibition
After school on Monday 9th March, Friesian class will be holding an exhibition of some of their collage art work. Friesian parents are invited to come and view the pictures and purchase them if they wish.
We will also be running a cake stall, which will be open to all of the school. Poppy is in the process of working towards her Charity Badge for Brownies and has created posters to advertise the cake stall. Together, we are raising money for two charities, Gloucestershire Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (as chosen by Poppy in response to our recent visit from director, Adele Owen), and Waunifor Primary School in Kenya, who are desperately in need of funds in order to stock their library- an apt charity to support on our Amberley Book Day!
