This week in Friesian Class...

This week in RE we will be continuing to learn about Judaism and the Torah. We will be answering the question: 'Why are the commandments important to Jewish people?'. In English, we will be writing The Magic Finger by Roald Dahl, we will be starting by writing the opening and then the build up. We will be looking at Miss Rudge's modelled writing to spot any mistakes and see where our success criteria has been used. In maths, we will be looking at multiplication. In Y4, each day we will be working on our rapid recall of times tables. Practice of this is always welcome at home too! In Immersion Curriculum, we are musicians and we will be using our knowledge of recorders from a previous topic to help us compose our own music!

Please ensure you are reading with your child as much as you can within the week and recording this in the reading record.
