This week in Dexter Class

This week in Dexter class we will be looking at cvcc words and trying to hear all of the sounds in them. This is quite a tricky task, but we are sure that the children will get the hang of it quickly!

We will be continuing with our work on Owl Babies and will be learning a new bird call on our welly walk, as well as investigating different animal homes and finding out what they need in their own habitats.

In maths, we will be completing the Amberley Rapid Recall club maths challenges and will be looking at ordering numbers on a number line, when some numbers are missing.

We are looking forward to showing Boris the sheep, who has been sent to stay with us from the Diocese, the sorts of challenges that the children set themselves in their own learning time.
