Online Safety in Hereford Class...

In Hereford Class we had great fun reading the story of 'Troll Stinks!' We looked into the use of mobile phones and how to be kind and follow our values and rules around information technology. We read the story and thought about the actions of the goats and how their actions affected others. We spoke about what they did wrong and how we should use mobile phones and rules to help to keep us safe and happy.

We then went on to design our own safety posters making sure that we considered how we keep safe, including

- Not sharing personal information

-Only talk to people that you know and trust

-Always use our Christian values and be kind online

-Speak to a trusted adult if you have seen or read anything that has upset you

-Always speak to parents about use of information technology

The children enjoyed designing their own posters which contained clear messages and images!
