This week in Friesian Class

In Friesian Class this week, we have started a new unit of story writing where we are focussing on our well-loved story of George’s Marvellous Medicine. We will be retelling and boxing up the story this week. In maths, we are focussing on answering problem solving questions. In RE, we are continuing our Christianity topic and answering the big question: ‘What is The Trinity and why is it important to Christians?’ We will be very pleased to welcome Reverend John into our RE lesson this week to teach us some more about The Trinity and also Advent. In Immersion Curriculum we are Geographers and we are learning about the French Alps. We are locating them, researching their physical and human features, as well as finding out how they were formed. We will be touching on our knowledge of the world and its continents to help us with this.

We cannot believe it is December already! A naughty elf has managed to find its way into our classroom this week, but don’t worry, he has on his mask and is in his own bubble as he appears to be isolating! We are sure he will be getting up to mischief in our classroom when we can confirm he has no symptoms after the 7th of December!
