Health and Wellbeing Week at Amberley


This week, we are holding an enrichment week focussed on enhancing our understanding of what is needed to maintain good health and wellbeing. We are looking at this in three main areas: spiritual health and wellbeing, physical health and wellbeing, and mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the week, children will take part in a wide range of activities from cooking to reflection, from yoga to community service. We will be teaching about the '5 ways to wellbeing' and how they can help us to maintain the balance needed for a healthy mind, body and soul.
